Shoulder Smarts

Part Lecture, Part Exercise Prescription.  We will go over some basic shoulder function/background before diving into the world of shoulder pre-hab with bands and weights.  I want you to understand what your rotator cuff is, why it's important, and how to sense it. You should come away from this with your own sense of how to warm up and condition your rotator cuff to create more bullet-proof shoulders in the air and on the ground.
