INSTEAD OF DYNAMIC DUO INTERMEDIATE! Alex is recovering well from unexpected heart surgery, so I'm doing this one on my own.  WELL, not really...I have an AMAZING assistant, Sara Sparrow.  We will work hard, but also very intelligently, never neglecting that we are in a GORGEOUS environment and therefore taking time for food, nature, and community.  For the rope portion, I will focus on equal parts skill development and choreography play.  The rest of the "work" focus will be on being the best self coaches we can be for ourselves, balancing our bodies with ground work, and discovering new ways to access our inherent creativity.
